ZLW-106BP  Polished Unlacquered Brass Victorian French Louis Style Door Plate with Keyhole

ZLW-DK106BP  Antique Brass Finish Victorian French Louis Style Door Plate with Keyhole

Very nice "Louis" styled backplate for a more formal appearance.

Measurements:

• Height:  10 ½
• Width:  2"
• 2 ¼" distance center-to-center between the doorknob receiver & keyhole round bit.

Napoleon would be proud. An urn shape tops the backplate, with laurel wreaths, and pediment shape below.  There is a swinging keyhole cover low on the backplate, since we duplicated this product exactly as found.  We did not create the second keyhole, below however, because the function of the hidden keyhole was a "servant's key"!

Finely Lost Wax cast in solid brass. Reminds one of the palaces in France.  Pairs nicely with our ornate French lever handle...wow!
