Returns, Exchanges & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

ATTENTION: All orders cannot be cancelled after one hour, as they are being processed. All cancellations must be in writing via email.

All returns/exchanges MUST:

  • be received by us within 30 days of ship date
  • have a copy of the invoice
  • have a completed copy of our Return Form
  • be in the original packaging and as-shipped condition
  • not have been mounted or used

Special order merchandise — such as items with custom finishes, non-stock items, cut-to-length items, or special project items — is non-returnable. All light bulbs, tubes, sockets, and switch sales are final (this does not include sockets and switches that are part of a complete fixture). Items that have been installed are NOT returnable.

Please package the item carefully, as we cannot give credit for products that become damaged during the return to us. We strongly recommend using an insured carrier.

For items received back within 30 days of the ship date, we will refund the returned item(s) minus shipping and handling charges. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

Any items received after 30 days from the ship date will be refused, returned at your expense, or assessed a 50% restocking fee. We DO NOT accept COD shipments.

Received Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Item Policy

  • Inspect your shipments on arrival.
  • We ship insured. If a shipment arrives damaged or with missing parts, you must contact us within 15 days of the ship date.
  • Any claims for missing or incorrect items MUST be made within 15 days of the ship date. Claims after 15 days will not be accepted.
  • DO NOT return a damaged item unless instructed to by us.
  • The carrier may require inspection of the box, packing, and product — DO NOT DISCARD THEM.
  • You must supply photos of box and item damage in order for us to process your claim.
  • If instructed by us to return the damaged product, you MUST use the prepaid shipping label we provide. We do not reimburse shipping costs.

Note: Our finishes are hand applied; variations are unavoidable. Our finishes are applied to the surface and are not intended to withstand repeated, heavy, or abusive use, which may damage or remove the finish. If you need to match the finish of an item you already own, please contact us by phone.
