H-95L  Polished Unlacquered Brass 4" Square Door Lift Hinge

H-DK95L  Antique Brass Finish 4" Square Door Lift Hinge

H-OB95L  Oil Rubbed Bronze Finish 4" Square Door Lift Hinge

Instead of chopping off the bottom of nice Victorian doors so that they will clear the carpet, this solid brass lift hinge can be installed, which will stop those unsightly gaps from occurring under the doors.

At 90 degrees, the hinge has lifted the door by 1/4", and at 180 degrees, the hinge has lifted the door by 1/2".

Each leaf is a full 1/8" thick.  Hinge is 4" x 4".

Priced and sold by the each only.
