They have been restored (cleaned up) and re-lacquered. As with any hand crafted sand cast antique, the castings do vary a bit but these variations are not significant for antiques.\u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003e\r\n\tThe Depression PINK colored shades are embossed like carving and the design is excellent with only minor antique wear. \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003e\r\n\tThese sconces have been totally re-wired in our UL shop. Normal bakelite sockets for everyday medium base bulbs have been installed just like the originals. A rotary on\/off switch has been re-newed as well. The sconce mounts with one normal sconce mounting all-thread to a normal electrical box from within the case. All mounting hardware will be supplied.  \u003c\/p\u003e\r\n\u003cp class=\"p2\"\u003e\r\n\tA very nice pair of sconces measure 10 1\/2” tall.
