This information is from the 1936 Williamson catalog, which also tells us that this chandelier was part of an exclusive line designed by Williamson that they dubbed ....The Series Thirty Line.

This 5-light model was THE top of the line exclusive model in that line. There was no 6-light model made. Other lights in this same line, cost as much as 2/3rds less.

The chandelier body is cast iron and has been finished to a pewter high/low finish..and here and there...there is a slight coloring of reddish rust suggestion—rather rustic antique. It does blend right in with the pewter finish but it is there too. Williamson also did a polychrome finish for this light.

There is a cast iron finishing design that has, over the years of handling, broken off. It really gets lost from view with all the design going on, but it is missing and we have included a picture of that missing decor. Minor..but must be mentioned.

This chandelier was re-wired, in our UL shop, in the exact same manner that Williamson created it. It is now currently UL standard and ready to install. This fine light has the original cast-in Williamson signature behind each shade—see pix.

Williamson was later bought out by Beardslee who changed this signature even in the 1930's to their own name, so, this is one of the earlier one.

The shades are in great condition. They are substantial shades with some thicknesses approaching 1/4” thick. The pictures speak well of the light and if you have been looking for a very special rustic light, this might just be it.

Measurements: The light measures 28 inches in height while having a diameter of 18”.

Price: Price adjusted for the slight missing piece: Normally $1,250 has been reduced to $950, plus shipping.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0813/5799/6269/files/ANT-1138_c__Fabulous-Williamson-Slip-Shade-Art-Deco-Five-Slip-Shade-Chandelier.jpg?v=1779309617
https://jn2vnf-0i.myshopify.com/products/fabulous-williamson-slip-shade-art-deco-five-slip-shade-chandelier
