It was made by a firm in Cleveland, Ohio called:  The Frankelite Co.  The logo was a stylized \"F\" in a diamond device.  They issued their products under the trade name of Diamond Lighting Equipment.  This light, circa 1933, was part of their \"Fenwick Series\".   This chandelier was Model 1255.  The catalog says it has a spread of 21\" (they actually rounded that figure up from 20 ½\").
